Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she leads strategic initiatives to advance the school's real estate education, industry engagement, and student experience. In her role, Tricia manages partnerships that connect the classroom to practice for both graduate and undergraduate students through the creation of experiential learning within the Real Estate Experiential Learning Lab. The mission of the lab is to change how we teach, not what we teach.
Prior to this role, Tricia built a strong career in fundraising and external relations, where she focused on cultivating relationships with industry partners, alumni, and donors to support student scholarships, academic programs, and community impact. Her background in advancement continues to shape her approach to program development, emphasizing collaboration, accessibility, and value creation for students and stakeholders alike. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a MBA from Saint Leo University. She earned her Doctorate in Education with a focus on Higher Education in 2017 from Grand Canyon University where she focused her research on leadership development through experiential learning. She is passionate about bridging academia and industry to prepare students for meaningful careers and to strengthen the connection between ASU and the professional community. |
