Mike Kelley is a dually certified Mindset Coach and owner of Reworking Mindsets, where he helps adults break free from autopilot, shift their perspective, and create meaningful, purpose-driven lives. He works with clients one-on-one and leads group workshops, guiding people to build clarity, confidence, and take aligned action.

Before becoming a coach, Mike spent over 13 years in digital marketing, working both in-house and at agencies. Through roles ranging from specialist to strategist and ultimately Marketing Manager, he helped brands increase their visibility and presence in the digital space through a variety of creative and strategic approaches.

As an Advisory Board Member for Arizona Christian University’s Transformative Leadership Program, Mike brings a self-driven leadership approach grounded in mindset, clarity, and digital-era adaptability to help leaders thrive in the present and create intentional pathways for the future.
