Executive AssistantUSAAKristin currently serves USAA as an Executive Assistant supporting Consumer Lending Fulfillment and Underwriting and Member Debt Solutions. After working as a General Manager at Burger King for 19 years, Kristin decided it was time for a change. After researching career options, USAA was her 1st choice for the next step in her career.
Kristin accepted a position as Member Service Associate in February 2005. Since that time Kristin has held various titles and positions within Insurance. During her career at USAA Kristin had the opportunity to assist with starting up the Estate COE, creating training material, auditing MSR's work, and was privileged to serve our membership for ten years. She also worked on the 3rd Party partnership with SiTEL, assisting with training, and auditing their work. In addition, she served as a Continuing Education Proctor for those needing to obtain credits. Kristin now serves as an Executive Assistant in the Bank. She supports the Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending Fulfillment and Underwriting, the Assistant Vice President of Member Debt Solutions and the Executive Director of Bank Infrastructure. Her responsibilities include recognition, Employee Experience, and collaborating with other areas within the department to support events. Kristin has completed her Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Personal Insurance (AIS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and her Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations. She has also completed her Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), her Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in both PowerPoint and Outlook, her Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence (PACE), and her Organizational Management (OM) Specialty Certificate from IAAP. |
